We are currently looking for a Junior Corporate Lawyer with negotiation and analytical skills.
Your Responsibilities:
Drafting of corporate documents, SPA’s, ancillary documents.
Manage regulatory and compliance-related issues.
Interact actively with clients in purchases and sales of companies.
Corporate Lawyer Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in law.
Strong experience in corporate law and industry knowledge on sale and purchase transactions.
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
